Using the Notebook software, I found that using the following link was good to display student work: Lesson Activity, Graphics, Text. This allowed me to use a text box more easily that the floating toolbar and to enter student writing in a choice of colors. I entered student writing from each period. Their writing showed their paired writing activity from Thursday and Friday. Each sentence showed the use of a coordinating conjunction, with all sentences build around a common theme. On Monday, each class viewed the work of the other classes, getting five (5) good examples of the use of the coordinating conjunction.
